United Cosmeceuticals GmbH and United Technologies UT AG pursue different businesses depending on the customer and type of products. 

With marketing organisations of finished products we seek Distribution Agreements for our finished product lines DermatoPoietin® and EVENSWISS. Such agreements are typically signed on an exclusivity basis for a given territory.

As option related to the above business model we also develop and produce finished products according to the client's specifications for sale under his own brand name (private label products). Required is a Manufacture and Supply Agreement. Whether exclusivity can be granted depends on the circumstances.

To manufacturers of finished products we offer License and Supply Agreements for our raw material Dermatopoietin®-Plus. Licensing and Supply Agreements are usually made on a global, non-exclusive basis.
